This workshop combines Pain Reprocessing Therapy techniques, biomechanical principles and Pilates fundamentals, giving you a deeper understanding of your pain and equipping you with tools to help overcome long-term pain.

In this Pain Free Movement workshop we will delve into both Musculoskeletal and Neuroplastic pain, and how we might identify them in ourselves.
