This workshop combines Pain Reprocessing Therapy techniques, biomechanical principles and Pilates fundamentals, giving you a deeper understanding of your pain and equipping you with tools to help overcome long-term pain.

In this Pain Free Movement workshop we will delve into both Musculoskeletal and Neuroplastic pain, and how we might identify them in ourselves.

Throughout this workshop we will look at where pain originates, how we respond to pain and how this shapes our approach to movement and everyday life.
